Help-rejecting patterns often create frustration, power struggles, and therapeutic impasses, particularly when behavioral urgency places pressure on caregivers and clinicians alike. Participants will explore how integrating complementary approaches can strengthen clinical flexibility while maintaining model fidelity. The program highlights how principles of Non Violent Resistance (NVR) can be thoughtfully integrated with Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) to reduce escalation, restore parental leadership, and interrupt negative interactional patterns.
