BHTEN Voucher

Voucher's purchased are good for training registrations through the BHTEN Market Place on the DBHIDS Learning Hub, Learning Management System (LMS). The Learning Hub now handles BHTEN's registration, payment, opening of the live zoom trainings, evaluations, and CE/CEU and Certificate of Attendance certificates. Completion of payment will set up a voucher in an amount you desire and we will provide you with the voucher code. Once you receive this code, you can share it with your staff as you please, there is no limit to how many users can use the voucher. The system does not allow for BHTEN to manage the users that utilize the voucher so we can not limit the staff to use the voucher only once or any specific number of uses. Once the participants have the code, it will work until the voucher's balance is at $0.00. If there is a training that is $15.00 and there is only $10.00 on the voucher, the voucher will be applied to the training and leave the staff with a $5.00 balance. The voucher can be reloaded at any time but unfortunately we do not possess the ability to provide live, on demand balance checks. If you would ever like to know the balance you can reach out to BHTEN and we can provide you with a balance.
